Send us Fan Mail This episode is all about how to approach the transition from a traditional network engineering role to a more cloud centric network engineering role. While we firmly believe that hybrid cloud is not going anywhere, there are plenty of things within cloud networking that require a bit of a shift in how you frame your thinking and what you do in this new role. Today’s episode is very much a round table discussion where we go around and discuss our thoughts on a variety of questions, as well as give any insights that we think may have helped along the way. “Networking is in my way” whitepaper: https://perspectives.mvdirona.com/2010/10/datacenter-networks-are-in-my-way/ Gateway Load Balancer: https://aws.amazon.com/elasticloadbalancing/gateway-load-balancer/ Check out the Monthly Cables2Clouds News Feed: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fkBWCGwXDUX9OfZ9_MvSVup8tJJzJeqrauaE6VPT2b0/ Visit our website and subscribe: https://www.cables2clouds.com/ Follow us on BlueSky: https://bsky.app/profile/cables2clouds.com Follow us on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@cables2clouds/ Follow us on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@cables2clouds Merch Store: https://store.cables2clouds.com/ Join the Discord Study group: https://artofneteng.com/iaatj
