The mind is a judging apparatus. Everything that we experience is filtrated, classified, and handled in some involuntary way. But what happens when our trusty judgment machine goes unchecked? In this episode, Kevin speaks about how his suffering was magnified due to his out-of-control internal judging mechanism and breaks down how non-judgment can help us enter a new (and better) dimension of our lives.⁣ ⁣ Send me some love by leaving a great review or by contacting me!⁣ ⁣ https://linktr.ee/kevinthobbs⁣ ⁣ ⁣All music used in this episode of Kevin’s Way Out is produced by Kevin T.
