Ep. 2 - Ron Haywood / Police Officer / Championship Basketball Coach / Husband and Father

Ron Haywood is not only a dear friend of mine, but he is a highly-skilled police officer and detective in Los Angeles. He is also the founder and CEO of Press Break Basketball Academy and the Co-Funder of Inland Empire Magic Basketball. Ron not only played sports at the collegiate level, but has over 25 years of coaching experience. He has coached teams with losing records to championships within a very short period of time. He currently has a few championship titles as a coach and has been name as Coach of the Year. Ron spent a lot of his time as a coach to his two sons. It was those experiences that helped create the tight bond he has with them today. In our conversation, Ron shares a lot of his story growing up as well as the lessons he learned in life that created the leader inside of him.
