Ep.2 Trusting Yourself to Speak Your Truth

Learning to trust yourself, your gifts and your voice is a rite of passage for many of us - as well as an on-going journey.  In this episode, I share how my two horses, Fara and Ike, supported me in crafting one of the most special and profoundly healing projects I've ever created in my life: the chapter I shared in the co-authored international book, Unlocking the Wisdom of Horses Within You.
