In our second episode, we have Chef Shriram Rajendran, who is the founder of - The table, one of a kind concept of dessert in a jar, launched in 2015.  Initially, they were a virtual delivery outlet and then became available in 150 cafes and restaurants in Chennai. To date, they have sold about 8 lakhs dessert jars so far. Currently, their products are available here in Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Puducherry, and Kochi. We spoke about:- - His journey into this industry - How different is working in a high-end restaurant and owning a brand - The Table (Dessert in a jar) - How did he execute dessert in a jar in a city like Chennai? - How much effort and thoughts went into your labeling and branding? - What are product-related food safety issues?  - A little bit about his book - The Table book of desserts.  - Future plans for the brand.
