Ep 2: What Freeze Really Means

Freeze is often misunderstood regarding when it shows up and what it reveals. Understanding empowerment and actual safety requires learning to be with and listen to freeze. Freeze is absolutely going to show up when you step into a growth journey. Let's invite less overriding and more integration! In this episode, I touch on some of the issues that can arise in traditional coaching (these issues also often appear in conventional therapy). I am not anti-coaching (or anti-therapy) by any means. And I am calling us all in, whether we are coaches, therapists, or participants in coaching/therapy, to be more thorough in our work so that we aren't undoing the transformation we are working towards.
