I love this conversation because he gives a very authentic and raw story about the process he went through from working in customer service and being very unhappy with his career to then starting his own successful Coffee Business. In a world dominated by Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts (in the Northeast) will saw a market for office cold brew coffee and made it happen learning each step along the way having no idea what would happen next. This is a great talk for anyone that feels stuck in jobs they don't like, desire something more for themselves, or just want to create their own path.
