Hop in and join AFBF staff for another episode of "Growth on the Go," a podcast designed specifically for Farm Bureau field staff. In this episode we share a recent favorite read related to member engagement titled, "Elevating Engagement: Uncommon Strategies for Creating a Thriving Member Community." We used this book to create a facilitator resource and spend time unpacking the learning objectives of this new resource to show how it can be applied out in the field.
