Ep 20. Buy the Damn Dress

This week on the podcast I want to talk to you about the dress. Not about what dress to buy or where to go but how you need to feel in preparation to dress shopping. I look at  who to take with you and lastly what to trust when it comes to buying the dress. And let me tell you this. The only person you  need to trust is you, because you know best! Take a trusted team because they are part of the experience but know that you have all you need in you to decide on your dress for your day! This week I take a walk down the path of dressing how you need to feel. As a personal brand & confidence coach I have worked with youth and women on the power that they hold in owning how they feel and dressing with a coat of armour that helps to tell their story and boost their confidence to make them feel something amazing. So this week I chat to you about getting yourself ready for dress shopping. Now, for some people it’s the most amazing experience that they have dreamt of forever (insert me!!!), but for others I know it brings a swag of emotions and anxieties.
