She started CrossFit for her own personal health, which then ignited a spark to help others. She is an affiliate owner, runs and manages local competitions across the Southeast, was a regional affiliate representative, and is now the Senior Manager of US Affiliate Operations. In this episode Jenn shares her story about why CrossFit is so meaningful in her life. She talks about the struggle of running a business, and finding the right level of balance in her own life.
