Incident Commander Battalion Chief Steve Pardi and first on-scene Captain Dave Rich review an incident from September where a person driving a Tesla drove into a garage in Lake Forest, taking out a load-baring beam, and starting a fire. Putting out the fire in the Tesla proved more difficult than expected.
