Ep. 20: Predestination VS predetermination | Part 1
from Bible Study with Angelo Hosted by Angelo
In this episode of Bible Study with Angelo, we will look at what does the Bible really teaches us about predestination? Is our destiny with God fixed (predetermined), or do we play a role in co-operating with God as we exercise our free will? In this episode, we dive into the dynamic relationship between God, the potter, and us, the clay, as illustrated in Jeremiah 18. You'll discover how God’s plans for us are glorious and full of mercy—but also how our responses and choices matter deeply. Explore the profound truth that predestination doesn’t mean God treats us as puppets. Instead, He invites us to partner with Him in fulfilling the destiny He prepared for us before the foundation of the world. Along the way, we’ll touch on questions like "once saved, always saved" and what it means to embrace or reject God’s call for our lives. Listen now to uncover how God works through His sovereignty and our free will, and what it means to be molded into a beautiful vessel of His mercy.
