Ep 20--San Diego Real Estate--Housing Bubble?

What is going on with seller's testing the San Diego real estate market? This is not a good idea if you are thinking of selling your home. Why? Well, buyers are savvy and they are doing their homework. They know the values of homes in the neighborhoods they are looking in and they know how to choose motivated sellers. Also, a new San Diego Union Tribune article came out over the weekend asking if we were in a housing bubble... well, there's definitely something going on in the market. If it's not a bubble, it's definitely a significant correction. Take a listen to my thoughts.
