It's from over a year ago, yet when listening back to it, it was was too important and impactful to not share. I take you behind the scenes on a chat I have with Erika Flint. Not only is she the very first professional I spoke with after Bob died (like literally the very next day) but she’s an award-winning and board certified hypnotist, best-selling author, and an accredited certified professional hypnotherapy instructor. Erika helped me move through that initial trauma so I could continue on my healing journey and is a huge part on getting me through my day to day during the most difficult time in my life. Erika works with people to address all sorts of limits we put on ourselves when it comes to weight loss, PTSD, relaxation, addiction, overall happiness, validating our sense of self and helping us tap into what we have access to.
