EP 20 What if augmented reality becomes our default reality?

Sander Veenhof (NL, 1973 Rietveld Art Academy Technology teacher) has a fascination for the phenomenon of augmented reality because it has turned the world into a programmable universe. Showcasing what it means to have the freedom to alter your environment according to our own needs, is what characterizes a lot of Veenhof's projects. Foreseeing that our present-day augmented reality will be our future default reality, his current projects are attempts to find out how to "Be Your Own Robot" while wearing AR wearables wherever we go. But for now, we're not going anywhere. We're stuck in endless Zoom calls. But fortunately, even this temporary reality can be fixed with AR.
