Now a grand jury has indicted all eight of the DOJ's original targets.   Chief Judge Jeffrey Sutton of the Sixth Circuit dropkicked the DOJ's judicial ethics complaint against Chief Judge James Boasberg of the US District Court in DC. The complaint is based on leaked notes from a closed judicial conference in March, which Law and Chaos is suing to kick loose under FOIA.
