The revenue you make in your business is not the only thing that matters. And it actually is not a great indicator of the overall health or sustainability of your business.  How you measure the overall health and sustainability of your business is in the margins.  Meaning… what does it cost you to make that revenue? And how much is left over? (And I’m not just talking about money.) From your profit, to your energy, emotions, time, and more. There are many different costs in your business - and on the flip side, lots of areas where you need to be creating margin. You need to dig so much deeper than just using revenue as a measure of success. I want you to build a business that is healthy and sustainable.
