Ep #202: Happy People Help People

In this episode of "Learn How to See Better", host Drew Davis reflects on a recent coaching call where he felt a sense of joy and happiness after helping someone. This led him to come up with the phrase "happy people help people because they're happy", a positive flip side to the saying "hurting people hurt people because they're hurting." Drew explores how being in a state of happiness and gratitude can inspire us to help others, which in turn brings more joy. Helping others is a way to get outside of our own problems and focus on using our skills to assist someone else. Drew encourages listeners to spread happiness and "pay it forward" by lending a helping hand to others and watch how they can experience similar happiness.
