At the age of 14, Kristin Beale was severely injured in a jet ski accident that killed her friend. Paralyzed from the chest down, Kristin turned to doodling to help adjust to life in a wheelchair.Kristin has turned those doodles into a comic book titled “Date Me” which chronicles dating life in a wheelchair.
