After obtaining a PhD in Biochemistry, she had an “early midlife crisis”, and became a movement teacher. She currently operates a brick & mortar studio that offers small group classes and personal training. She is passionate about building educational, movement-centred communities that support holistic wellness and include family, work, and fun. She is proud to run a radical fitness space in Singapore, that prioritises access, intersectionality, and weight-neutral messaging. When she’s not on the trails, leading classes or working with clients, you’ll find her in the kitchen, on the playground, or seeking out a strong cup of Kopi C (local coffee). The content I share on this platform is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
