Ep 204 Stinus Kaempe, Elite Cyclist - Living on the other side of yes!

Stinus Kaempe took up cycling relatively late after competing in sailing and other sports. He got a bike gifted to him for doing a neighbours household chores a few years ago, won a number of local events, finished 10th in the 2021 Nationals at Ballarat and this week was the first to finish the gruelling 3 Peaks event of 235km and 4,500 metres of climbing in the Victorian Alpine area. Coached by The Hurt Box's David "Steggles" Sturt Stinus is now off overseas to compete with a Danish cycling team in Europe. We discuss, steep learning curves, resilience, being coachable, using data to your advantage and the power of living on the other side of yes!
