A former educator in five countries, Jarret understands post-secondary from both the supply and the demand side and has made a life-long commitment to ensuring equal access to quality education in the United States through the Higher Education Foundation, an initiative he founded in 2016. Up Until July 2021, Jarret was a member of a task force to support the President of Haiti more efficiently to achieve development efforts for the country and its people through the fulsome use of the latest technology innovations. A former Representative to the United Nations, and Senior Advisor to the President of the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce, Jarret has worked closely with leaders from around the world on initiatives and projects aimed at promoting the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Jarret is a strategist to many educational institutions, alumni of The Pennsylvania State University and the City University of New York's Hunter College.
