Pedro Poitevin is a mathematician, translator, and bilingual poet living in Salem, Massachusetts. His Spanish language book of poems titled Perplejidades was published by Cooperativa La Joplin in early 2015 in México. His columns and poems in Spanish have appeared in Letras Libres, Partisan Magazine, Periódico de Poesía, and other venues. His first book in English, Nowhere at Home, was just published by Penteract Press and features many traditional and experimental forms, including palindromic and self-describing poetry.
