Hello, MC2C family! In the past couple of years, talk about diversity recruiting and how companies can build a team that mimics the communities that they serve is increasing. As I continue to immerse myself in this subject matter, I have come to the conclusion that there are two main reasons there is not enough diversity in top companies.  One of those reasons is that diverse candidates don’t know how to get the right visibility from these top companies. On the other hand, top companies don’t know how to find the right diverse candidates.  Closing these bridges is the challenge that we have.  Well, I have found an amazing company that is doing this very well.
