"A Lovely Tongue Sandwich" is a recipe found in Hank Shaw's amazing cookbook, "Buck, Buck, Moose" on page 247. Podcast host, Jesse Deubel describes this as his favorite wild game recipe followed by "Liver Mousse" which is on page 323 of "Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail" also written by author, chef and hunter Hank Shaw.
