Ep #21 Are You A Good Human? w/ Owen Salvestrini

In this episode I get to have a FaceTime conversation with Owen Salvestrini. Owen and I connected through his social media page #mentalstrengthproject. I was searching the hashtag #mentalhealth, found his page to be motivational and wanted to have a chat with him. In this episode we discuss the pure joy of a child, the importance of processing emotions and how that can affect your kids, our experiences with ice baths, a snipper of "my story" and at the end of the day- are you a good human? It scared the hell out of to me talk to someone that I had never spoke to especially via FaceTime but it helped us both grow and we hope it helps you!
