Hollie Jenkins runs the Instagram page “The Edinburgh Spaniels” where she posts about her adventures with her two working cocker spaniels, Hugo and Spencer. Hollie started documenting her canine adventures when she completed all of the Scottish Munros, 269 of which were with her fluffy friends by her side. In this episode, we talk about everything to do with Hugo and Spencer - hiking and running with them, their training, different personalities, whether or not cocker spaniels are for everyone, what’s it like to camp with the dogs in the tent, how she handles the two endurance machines when living in a city, and much, much more.
