Ep. 21 - Mutations Everywhere!

Chris and Joe want to dive deep into the rules and mechanics of the Trading card game Magic: the Gathering. These episodes are typically tailored to newer players, but experienced players are welcome to join in, as well. What is this amalgam of a creature that has found its way to the battlefield? It started as a 2/1 deathtouch creature. Soon, it became a 6/6 deathtouch, reach, and trample creature that can add permanents to the battlefield and destroy an artifact or enchantment. This time, Chris and Joe discuss the mutate mechanic. One of the most innovative mechanic designs in recent memory, this one also tends to come with a lot of questions. Join us as we take a deep dive into this fun mechanic. On a lighter note, Chris and Joe talk about how they each like to bling out their favorite decks.
