I reflect on my own upbringing, how I was raised, and the lessons I carried into raising my older kids- including the structure, discipline, and values passed down from my grandmother. Now as a father to my son Harlem, I see parenting differently in real time- focusing on early structure, responsibility, and preparing kids for the real world.I also talk about modern parenting, blurred boundaries, and why I believe timing and structure matter when raising children. At the end of the day, every parent has their own style... but for me, it will always be father first.
