Today on the show, we had the pleasure of speaking to Ashley Stamps, VP of Customer Success at Celtx, an online scriptwriting and media production planning software that aims to ignite the creative potential of the next generation of storytellers through transformative technology. In this episode, Ashley talked about her prior work experiences and how she settled into the customer success world. She also talked about how CS has evolved over the years and shared some tips on how to be successful in CS. The conversation then moved towards how she begins her day at Celtx as a Global CS leader during which she also outlined the company’s Northstar for driving business success.
