Ep. 211: Draft2Digital's New Publishing Fees and Changes at Barnes and Noble

Publishing is changing, and with the advent of AI and AI farmed books flooding the market, the digital publishing platforms need to find solutions to help authors.In response to this problem, Draft2Digital will be charging account opening fees and an annual fee to keep your book on its platform. Barnes and Noble is putting a cap on the number of books you can publish on its platform and making it mandatory that print books must be priced at minimum at $14.99.
