The story follows an independent cat whose world is threatened by a massive flood, forcing him to find refuge on a boat populated by a capybara, lemur, secretary bird, and dog. Beautifully rendered and edge-of-your-seat thrilling, “Flow” is in fact the most widely distributed Latvian film in history.
