EP 211: Stress and Implicit Bias
from Showing Up To Life · host Art Burns
One of the most powerful and common sources of the stress in our bodies is the set of implicit biases we carry. These implicit biases are the filter through which all of our experiences pass and they determine our decisions and actions outside of our awareness. And while we can’t really get rid of these biases, we can neutralize their effects by developing non-judging, moment-to-moment awareness through daily practices. If you’d like to learn about some of these practices, please reach out to me via email: [email protected] or through my website artburnscoaching.com
