It may be common knowledge but the responsibility is the source and access to a leader's power. Having that power of responsibility allows the leader to have more influence to create change around them - which is both an advantage and a challenge. What most leaders don't realize is that the true path of leadership is through taking responsibility for where we are willing to do so - not when it's enforced.
