We're reviewing the latest Convergence, a blend of rye whiskey and American malt from West Bottoms Whiskey Company— nosing, tasting, and calling it like we taste it.Last fall, WBWco started taking presales for their soon to be bottled "cigar blend". Fast forward a bit, they ended up leaving it in the finish cask longer then they first thought. a full year, left in a Tannat Wine Cask, to marry and mingle. The result? We can't wait to find out. We missed the release event, so we were not able to dip our own wax, but we still got down to the parlor, picked it up, and here we are!
