In today's episode, I am joined by 'The Events Recruiter' Dan Payne, founder of Ark Recruitment. Dan shared his story on how he got into the British Army and what his almost 10yr career was like. He shared many war stories (pardon the pun) from both his military career, including nearly getting lost in the jungle by himself, all the way to setting up Ark Recruitment. Dan and I share a passion for mental health awareness, and he shared some heart wrenching stories from post army, where he and some of his old colleagues suffered greatly with what their purpose is in life after being in the army.
