In this episode Drs. Kutz and Konin get personal and talk a little about their private lives and how they leveraged leadership with their families and community.  There is a word for leadership that transcends work, it is ontological leadership and means considering leadership to be part of one's identity and being. They both offer some personal insight on how we all can incorporate leadership in all aspects of our life and explain why it so important to use leadership outside of our professional roles and jobs! Matt and Jeff are Clinical Professors in the Doctor of Athletic Training Program at Florida International University.
