Ep 22 - Jack Wardale on the Balancing Act around NFTs, Social Media Pressure, and Mental Health

from Landscape Photography World · host Grant Swinbourne

Something a little different this episode. I’m talking to Jack Wardale about NFT’s, social media and mental health. Jack is an ambitious Englishman trying to live the American dream a photographer and videographer by trade, he’s currently in the process of studying for my PhD in industrial/organizational psychology.  He runs his own media agency, creating experiences for creators and brands worldwide.  We discuss the burgeoning NFT market and address some of its pro’s and cons and have a fascinating conversation about how to manage some of the mental health issues which can come from social media, FOMO and imposter syndrome. I hope you enjoy the show!
