EP 22 - Jay Tanjuan

In this role, Jay is responsible for site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, construction, management, marketing, leasing, and dispositions for ground-up industrial developments throughout Southern California. Prior to joining Scannell, Jay was a Senior Development Manager for Panattoni Development Company and was an office tenant rep broker with JLL in Orange County. Prior to his career in commercial, Jay served six years in the U.S. Navy in support of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom as a supply officer in logistics/supply chain management. A self proclaimed "deal guy at heart", Jay is an active mentor and cultivator of young professionals. In this episode, Jay takes us on a journey through his career and details his transition from the military to the commercial real estate brokerage community. He shares with our audience the importance of staying top of mind in this industry and how best to develop relationships and build a strong network through an engaging and active social media presence.
