Ep.22: Office Numbers Are Crashing Due To Lack of Proper Patient Management

All too often we have been feed false data like the patient is always right, or never show your emotions with your staff. We try to please everybody and in the end we wind up frustrated with ourselves. It's a new world out there with more informed people and a disastrous health care system. We need to be aware of the staff training that is needed in order to make a positive change.
