Couple of days back, two Pakistani officials named Abid Hussain and Muhammad Tahir, were caught by Delhi Police while they were trying to obtain sensitive documents relating to India's security installations from Indian nationals in exchange of money. But it surprises many that no case was charged against them. Instead they were asked to pack bag and go to Pakistan. Actually being a foreign diplomate, they have Diplomatic Immunity, which protect them from many cases and taxes in other countries.
