Ep 224 Belldon Colme, The "Be Disease-FREE" Expert, Creating Bulletproof Motivation

from Professor of Perseverance Podcast · host Dr James Perdue Professor of Perseverance

In 2004-5 Belldon Colme suffered 3 heart attacks, was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, and was told he had a shelf life of 5 years, maybe a little more if he was good and took his meds. He was just 39 and was not okay with that. Belldon chose to put his research skill, time, and dollars toward learning how his body really works, and how he could work with it naturally. Two years later Belldon had reversed both his heart disease and type 2 diabetes, and had the happy side effects of losing 105 pounds normalizing his blood pressure and other vital stats, and gaining energy like he was a kid again. He has remained disease-free since 2006.
