As a producer handwash took the name from washing instruction labels, taking the parallels between garments and music. The interpersonal approach to his process of ‘cleansing’ provides vulnerability to the braggadocious side to hip-hop. handwash draws sonics inspiration everywhere, from electronic dance music to traditional folk music. With the thread of Cantonese he ties all this elements together with rhythm and rhyme. https://www.instagram.com/handwashhk/ https://www.youtube.com/@handwash/about https://open.spotify.com/artist/752lc6wrZTHlw74HVfAAva https://www.facebook.com/handwashhk
