If you ask 100 houndsmen, you usually get 100 answers.  But the topic today usually only brings one of two answers with both sides being pretty set in their ways.  To tone, or not to tone, that is the question.  Will it kill a dog’s drive? Will it make them not want to tree?  How will toning a dog off track or tree affect them down the road?
