More from Amani: Amani Ward, a senior, honor student at Hiram High School, is a member of the National Society of High School Scholars, National Honor Society, National Beta Club, Skills USA, and H.o.P.e (Hispanic Organization Promoting Education). In addition, Ward is currently pursuing dual career pathways in Audio & Video Technology and Filmmaking as well as in the Theater. Upon graduating high school, Amani aspires to pursue a career in filmmaking and post-production editing at Clayton State University. Her hobbies include writing, editing videos, and listening to Korean pop music; a love which has encouraged her to learn to speak and write Korean.  In addition to her academic endeavors, Amani, at the age of six, joined Girl Scout Troop 6099 as a Daisy where she continues to serve today as an Ambassador.
