EP 23 - CEO Explains How Therapy Revolutionised Their Business w/ Sachin Ruparelia

Today's episode is a special episode for me, not only is this the first in-person recorded episode, but it is with someone who got me my first L&D role. Sachin is the CEO of Camino Partners and possibly the best recruiter I have ever dealt with in my entire life. In this episode, we talked through Sachin's journey in recruitment, the evolution of Camino Partners, how he grew the business, and the biggest lessons and wins of running a successful recruitment business. Sachin talked at length about embarking on the world of therapy, how and why that was pivotal for him and the business. We both talked about our upbringing and Sachin was very open with me talking about his childhood. Mental health is something so many people are talking about, but in this episode, Sachin talks through tangible things that he has done to revolutionize his mental health as well as talking through his key lessons learned from therapy that translates to being a business owner.
