EP 23: Dr. Anabelle Bugatti on excellence in EFT

from the Informed Simplicity podcast · host jocrharris

If you really want to be a superior therapist then you got to keep getting trained. And you can, and it it will show up... I really care about not just being a good therapist, but an amazing therapist. Anabelle Bugatti first popped onto my radar through her interview with George Faller. They spent an hour dissecting the nuances of working through client anger in ways which validate and transform rather than dismiss and invalidate. It was a phenomenal interview. As I watched that and her other interviews, two things become very clear, very quickly. First, she is dedicated to becoming one of the best. Second, she's brave enough to ask the questions we all think, but rather not ask. Both are qualities I admire. In our far ranging talk we discussed: How attachment theory is about more than just bonding How she began her YouTube channel Her best advice for students Find out more about her here.
