Virdi is an American urban fantasyauthor. Two of his novels have been nominated for a Dragon Award: Grave Measures in 2016 and Dangerous Ways in 2017. Inspired by her childhood passion for Irish history and mythology, she has spent the last six years learning the craft of writing, and obsessing about Irish myths, famous druids and warriors, and Irish traditions. The Children of Gods and Fighting Men, her first novel in The Gael Song Trilogy, was published by Head of Zeus in 2022. The second instalment, The Words of Kings and Prophets, was released in Autumn 2023.
