Ep. 23: Henstone Distillery (a story about friendship, whisky and the mysterious I.T)

Happy new year! It's 2023, which means I need to get something published or I won't have done anything this year. We talk about whisk(e)y for a change. However this time we focus on the Henstone distillery which is based in Shropshire, England. We look at their range of whiskies. Come up with a name for the initials of their bottler who shall forever be known as Ignacio Thealdrathorpe (to us at least). Oh and Luke reveals far too much about his inner catalogue of sweetshop flavours. Finally we review two releases. The Henstone single malt, Ex-Bourbon cask and the Henstone Old Dog Liquor.
