Let us know what you think about this episode and share it with a friend!Meet Janis Milham--one of the most pivotal people in my career.  She is the co-founder of the leadership consulting firm, Questage. She was my hiring manager at Marriott International over 33 years ago, and she was the best boss I ever had.  She is naturally good at working with people, because she truly cares about others. She worked with Marriott for over 30 years, and recently retired.
